This session on inner peace through guided meditation is being held under the aegis of Ramashram Satsang Mathura Inc.
Guru Maharaj, Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay Ji the founder of Ramashram Satsang Mathura said that “Peace is within you (Inner Peace), so you will need introspection and Satsang to find it.” Guided meditation helps us in introspection and personal progress to find inner peace.
All of us want to have more inner peace and we struggle to find it. Why do we struggle to find it? Why is inner peace so inaccessible? It’s inaccessible because we are looking for it in the wrong place. People also think that to attain inner peace you must relinquish the conveniences of your current lifestyle. Hence, we all falter in our commitment to finding inner peace.
In this orientation session, we will gain some knowledge and insights into the pursuit of inner peace and how we can bring some element of inner peace into our lives.
We will learn the benefits of Satsang and how Satsang along with guided meditation can facilitate us on the path to inner peace.

Shri Sanjiv Ji

Shri Sanjiv Kumar is the host for this orientation session on inner peace through guided meditation run under the aegis of Ramashram Satsang Mathura (India Chapter).
Shri Sanjiv Kumar Ji has been practicing meditation for over 40 years. He was impressed with the effects of meditation in his life and has been facilitating guided meditation sessions in the DMV (Washington) area and across the US for the last two decades. He feels meditation should be an integral part of everyone’s lifestyle to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and their toxic effects both on the mind and the body.
Sanjiv Bhaiya as he is popularly called is also the president of the nonprofit organization, Ramashram Satsang Mathura, Inc. which promotes a healthy and peaceful lifestyle through Satsang. Satsang is a unique guided meditation practice, perfected by his grandfather Guru Maharaj, Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay Ji.
Satsang has a strong footing in ancient yoga and meditation practices. It was refined and simplified by Guru Maharaj, Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay Ji in 1930 to make it viable for modern-day, busy lifestyles. Millions of people have taken advantage of this practice in India and Sanjiv Bhaiya is actively promoting the benefits of this practice in the USA.
Apart from conducting guided meditation sessions, Shri Sanjiv Kumaris an IT executive. He has been happily married for about 30 years and has 3 kids. He travels extensively to promote this guided meditation practice and to bring Eastern knowledge to Western culture. Ultimately, allowing followers of this practice to reach spiritual enlightenment and enjoy everlasting inner peace.
