Satsang Workshop 

Program Overview

Weekly 75-minute Satsang Workshop, will help you practice meditation, while learning more about meditation and Satsang. These workshops are targeted for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Each Satsang Workshop is structured as follows:

20 minutes Discussion : Beginner oriented introduction to meditation and Satsang with instructions on how to meditate.

40 minutes Deep Practice : Meditate in Silence on Transcendental Light, that starts with Music to help concentration, and moving in & out of meditation. 

15 minutes Active Interaction : Q&A and wrap-up
