Orientation Session 

15 minutes Learning : Beginner oriented introduction to meditation and Satsang and also instructions on how to meditate.

20 minutes Deep Practice : Meditate in Silence on Transcendental Light, with Music to help concentration and help transition in & out of meditation.
 

10 minutes Active Interaction : Q&A and wrap-up.

Weekly 45-minute group Orientation session will help you learn more about meditation and Satsang. These sessions are primarily targeted for beginners but advanced practitioners use it as a collective practice session.

These sessions will help you to relax, refresh your energies, calm your mind while developing an ability to concentrate, manage stress, focus on the present, increase self-awareness and reduce negative emotions.
