Satsang Orientation session
Weekly 45-minute group orientation session’ will help you learn more about meditation and Satsang. Orientation sessions are primarily targeted for beginners but advanced practitioners use it as a practice session
Each Orientation session is structured as follows:
- Learn – 15 minutes – Beginner oriented introduction to meditation and Satsang and also instructions on how to meditate
- Practice – 20 minutes – Meditate in Silence on Transcendental Light, with Music to help concentration and help transition in & out of meditation
- Interact – 10 minutes – Q&A and wrap-up
Join this short and focused online ‘Satsang Orientation Session’ that will introduce you to an ancient practice of meditation and open your heart to light, love and peace.
Participants join Online Video Conference on Zoom every week. In-person events are organized to take the group collective energy to the next level. Treat the Satsang Orientation Sessions as a space to help each other in developing a sustainable meditation practice.
The orientation session will help you to relax, refresh your energies, calm your mind especially during this pandemic, while developing an ability to concentrate, manage stress, focus on the present, increase self-awareness and reduce negative emotions.
